The Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program (MCP) is a federally funded program designed to strengthen and support children of incarcerated parents and their families. Professional Counseling Resources, (PCR), in collaboration with Churches Take A Corner (CTAC - The Alpha Project), and other organizations, provides mentoring services to children ages 4 to 18 years old in the state of Delaware. Our goal is to help stop and prevent the cycle of incarceration by providing caring mentors for these children. Through mentoring we can transform the life of one child at a time. We believe in the Power of One: One Mentor with One Child One Hour a Week for One Year! Why not “Be the One.”
